De specificaties van uw computersysteem, inclusief de Windows-versie en de programmaversie. Ik raad u aan deze informatie in uw profielhandtekening op te nemen, zodat we er niet steeds opnieuw naar hoeven te vragen.

De hoeveelheid vrije schijfruimte op uw harde schijf/schijven.

Zijn de stuurprogramma's van de grafische kaart of geïntegreerde GPU up-to-date?

Een schermafbeelding van de programma-instellingen (tabblad 'Apparaatopties') zou nuttig zijn.
