I've moved your post to the Music Maker product area since that is where other users of the Loops Unlimited subscription service are more likely to see it.
Looking at the dates you list it seems as if Magix thinks you have TWO active subscriptions. Is there any way by which you could have opted in to this service twice, perhaps because of a problem with an earlier download?
You need to raise a support ticket with Magix Sales and ask that they refund you the extra amounts taken and "close" the extra account which you appear to have. Alternatively, you could email email@example.com and ask the same thing.
