Patch for Video Pro X - v. 15.0.5.211 - broken fullscreen function

Michal-MST wrote on 12/19/2017, 6:35 AM

Hello. This update damaged the full screen function in the section. If they do not change saturation, colors etc. everything works OK. All you have to do is change the parameters and the full screen stops working. Movie

Everything worked normally before updating. I apologize for my imperfect language. Regards.

Hi

No issue here - works as it should - are you deselecting the video or image after adjusting the section, the effect is not applied until the object has been deselected

I should add that I am using the Intel integrated GPU not a NVidia or AMD graphics card.

If you have either of these check that the drivers are up to date, also restart the computer (not shutdown).

Strange that it worked properly before the Patch v. 15.0.5.211

Edit.

I found a temporary solution to the problem. All you have to do is switch your hardware support to a different graphics card. Confirm the change and restore it back to the one we use. What we use is not important. The drivers are always up-to-date and as I have already entered, this error appeared only after the last update. It should not be like that.

Hi
I confirm the existence of this problem in the new version 15.0.5.211 (nVidia GTX graphic card).

However, you can not see it forever.

Normal "Color" correction is ok.

The "Color Correction" function reveals the error.

Magix Video Pro X - v 15.0.3.154 - fullscreen works properly

Magix Video Pro X v. 15.0.5.211 - fullscreen did not work !!!

In a large project (about 50 minutes) Fullscreen function never works properly. :(

Whether on an Intel or nVidia card.

@Michal-MST

Hi

I could not replicate the issue with the Color correction or Colour effects.

I could replicate the Brightness adjustment issue with one proviso - the effects must be added in the order you applied them, ie section, brightness. Adjusting brightness first, then adding the section worked as it should.

However in replicating the issue - I can also replicate the Section, colour correction issue, again with one proviso - it must still be the same open project - a new project is not affected and behaves as it should.

This would suggest there is some form of corruption in the project when the issue occurs due to the order in which the effects are added.

I create a new project, with only one clip
and I have exactly the same problem as micha-Misterski
(only in the new version 15.0.5.211)

Michal-MST wrote on 12/19/2017, 4:46 PM

@johnebaker

Easy question. Why did it work well on the old version and not after the upgrade? I gave links to videos with an error. Today I compared the versions without updates and with the update. I did the same things. The recordings show what version I use.

Working for me however I now can not assign new shortcut keys as an error box comes up.
My multicam problem seems to have been resolved.
As I mentioned in another post, they fix 1 bug and create 2 more. Maybe one day we will have a reliable product.

Greetings,

We have exactly the same problem, unsurprisingly, with the update patch to Movie Edit Pro 2018 (aka Video deluxe 2018). The patch to fix it only partly worked and still awaiting a patch for the patch.

I have a Nvidia 750Ti card and I'm having to work in compatibility mode.

I received a response from Magix. They already know the problem and are working on a patch.
