Your software is terrible for handling imports of original source, constantly dictates that you need security clearance for importing, this is rubbish

Hi

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - see this topic for what is required and please quote the processor and graphics cards make models in full.
     
  2. Antivirus program used
     
  3. A screenshot of the error messages you are receiving
     
  4. Video format and resolution you are trying to import - a MediaInfo analysis would also help - if you are not familiar with MediaInfo see this tutorial on how to set up and , analyse a video clip.
     
  5. A screen shot of the Program settings, Display Options tab and Import/Export tab, or Device Options tab if you have VPX 13.
