Hi,

I suggest reinstalling the program.

John CB

Have done that but nope... no different. I think it's a colour issue purely, something to do with white.

Hi

If you tried changing the program settings in the Display section of MS18 and set the video mode to Microsoft WARP rather than to the Intel graphics and that didn't help. Then try changing the same setting to CPU.

I think some of us are mistaking the OP's product for MEP / MMS2022, when it is actually the equivalent of MEP2021 which did not have the "Multi GPU" feature that came with the Infusion engine 3 in 2022, so there will not be the choices Ray quoted above.

MS18 / MEP2021, AFAIK, was not optimised for Windows11 and may not have had full support for the Intel Iris Xe graphics, as I seem to recall a note in the earlier programs specification notes that said something like "Iris Xe graphics - coming soon".

This may explain some of the strange GUI behaviour

Hi, this is what we think here now. It's not logically anything else we can try.

And like I said it hasn't caused any massive problem for editing.

I'll see if an update fixes it at some point.
