@Ernest-Bullock

Hi Ernie

There is about 1/4 of the right end of the image missing, this is due to the containing 'box' being too narrow, also the same image repeated on top of itself.

Replacing the home page is fairly straight forward one it is corrected.

I will send you a PM.

Hi John

Once again I've utterly confused myself. I have an idea what I might have done wrong but I've been unable to correct it. As you know my website is on the internet albeit with the Home page only showing part of the page. I made a new page with a small alteration to it; I can't remember whether I did this or whether it did it automatically, but it shows up on the side of the screen (where all the pages are listed); as the new page, but if you check it on the internet it is still the old page which appears As shown in the screenshot below.
I won't go into the reasons now but I decided to use FileZilla and all was going well until I tried to change my home page. I dragged the one already on the Internet down to the bottom left panel but I can't find a way of getting the new Home Page into the right hand panel to send it up to the Internet. Have I cocked it up ?

Cheers, John

Ernie

Hi Ernie

. . . . I dragged the one already on the Internet down to the bottom left panel but I can't find a way of getting the new Home Page into the right hand panel to send it up to the Internet. Have I cocked it up ? . . . .

Maybe - dragging from the right panel (Internet) to the left panel (local folder) would overwrite the new file if you confirmed it to be replaced.

I would suggest you export the project again to the local folder to ensure you have the correct homepage ready for transfer.

With FileZilla you drag the file from the lower left pane (local folder) to the lower right (Internet) to upload it, you will see this message box open - OK to overwrite.

Before you do this see the message I have sent you.
