Hello everyone, I have purchased, back in 2026, VIDEO MAGIX PRO X17 which came with a bundle including PRODAD VITASCENE V5 PRO. I installed it and I can see it in the main screen in the effects section. The problem is that, when I use it, I have a banner appearing in the top of the screen saying "can be used after activation, Shop-ID:EE" while it has been activated when I installed the software originally. Can anyone help me sloving this problem?
