@alex.k

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Unfortunately, at the moment we know very little about your computer or even the exact version and edition of MEP which you have, so any attempt to help you is really very difficult!

So, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there, especially the full name and number of your CPU and any additional GPU. Then please tell us about the format of the video files you are trying to import and use in the program.

I deleted and installed again but the same problem

That will almost certainly NOT have helped! Assuming you mean "uninstall" rather than "delete", there are a number of files which the program creates on first and subsequent runs which the Uninstaller knows nothing about and so does not remove them. One or more of those files could well be the source of the problem for you!

Just to add: if you literally "deleted" the Program Files rather than uninstalled them, then I fear you will have made the situation rather worse, sorry!

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your response. My laptop is HP, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 and Version of Movie edit pro: 18.0.1.2029 (UDP3). I uninstalled the program and i installed it again, was what i did.

Thank you in advance for any help.
