@Bobby-Greer

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, you will see I have edited your post to remove all but the latest error log, since the fault listed in all of them was the same! Hopefully, your post is now easier to read for anyone coming to this thread.

I am not sure what you mean when you write there is Internet problems here. Does this refer to the error you are seeing or are you having problems posting to the forums?

In terms of the error, the log makes clear this is caused by Error in module "OpenCL.dll".  This module is part of the graphics software of your computer; it may indicate that your graphics driver needs updating or even possibly reinstalling. IOW, it is a part of your computer's core systems and not something over which MEP has any control in these circumstances.

If you were to add to your post to included the full details of your computer, as explained in this post, it might be possible for we fellow-users to give you more targeted advice as to how to solve the problem.

@Bobby-Greer

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You will noticed I have edited your post to show only the relevant piece of information, ie the actual error description.

The error indicates the problem is probably with your graphics card drivers or the graphics card is not compatible with Hardware Acceleration in Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2021.

We need more information, in particular your computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required.

Please put the information in your signature so it is available for future reference - see my signature as an example.

Is MEP patched up to the latest version - 20.0.1.73 as seen under Help, About?
