The program won't load, it is frozen. an error appears but I cannot click on the notification. I've uninstalled all Magix programs and re installed. I've done everything the ai support tells me to do and nothing helps!

@Juliette-Perez

First, can we confirm that the product you have is "Video deluxe 2026 Premium"?

Second, the "error" that appears; please take a screenshot of it and post the screenshot here, or at least quote the wording in full.

Third, uninstalling and reinstalling Magix software is most often NOT the best action to take, sorry. The built-in uninstaller will remove everything its database lists BUT the first and subsequent runs of the program will add new files, folders and registry entries which the uninstaller knows nothing about and so does not remove. It is very often these files etc. which are the cause of your initial problem. By personal choice, I always use Revo Uninstaller to manage the uninstallation of any program because, in addition to running that program's uninstaller it also searches for any of those other files etc. which might be still present, lists them for you and allows you to decide whether or not they should also be deleted and removed. This latter feature is especially important if you have any other Magix program installed on your computer!

In addition it would be very helpful to know rather more about your actual computer if we are to help you to resolve this problem. Please use this pinned post as a guide to the level of information that is really helpful and add it as your Signature. It will then appear at the end of every post you create and we will not have to ask you to repeat it every time you post!
