Did the purchase go through, i.e. have you actually been charged for what you bought? Were you able to download the item, presumably not?

ok so today at around between 12:30am and 01:39am and again at 13:25pm i wanted to purchase the 80's movie score soundtrack from producer planet
upon entering my card details i get the payment process error.
