After resetting my PC, it also took the liberty of accepting the latest windows update which also dumped several apps. I am now trying to set up (already purchased) MEP with serial# but was greeted with "You are no longer authorized to perform this installation on your program version (wtf??) Please extend your update guarantee(?) or contact support..." Not comprehending the reason for the run-around.

@Cali_Media

Hi and welcome to the forum.

. . . . After resetting my PC, . . . latest windows update which also dumped several apps . . . .

Do you mean you have now upgraded to Windows 10 2004 v Build 19041.572 ?

Which version of Windows did you upgrade from?

. . . . set up (already purchased) MEP . . . . "You are no longer authorized to perform this installation on your program version . . . .

Which version and variant, Basic, Plus or Premium, of MEP, and does the error message appear when you start the installation or activate the serial number?

We also need your computer specification see this topic for what is required.
