Follow the instructions @emmrecs gave you in the very first response and @SP. has informed you above - if your product is not listed there then contact Magix Support through the Support link at the top of the page - following this guide. Do not expect an immediate answer as Germany is in total lockdown.

Hi,

When you purchase through Magix online, you get an email with the serial number and instructions for downloading. There may be more than one serial number if third party programs came with it.

Check your emails and your spam box.

Did you at least activate Samplitude Pro X4 with your serial number?

If so, it would be registered in your account, as has already been indicated.

Yes the activation code is in but the serial number is what i need, I didn't but it in a box i got on line. my pc crashed and i had to reload everything. The thing is, I don't remember who but i got help from a magix member who directed me to my account and there it was my pro x4 with the serial sitting right under it.. I'm only able to get to my membership not my account. Hey but thanks any way.

Login with the email address and password of your account

Select My Products

There you should see your registered product(s) serial number(s) and download link(s).
