Sound Forge 2.0 for Mac OS 2015 iTunes

Hi!
I purchased the Sound Forge 2.0 software license through iTunes for Mac OS in 2015, when it was still managed by Sony.
I would like to know how do I get my serial number to request a new download version and perform product activation after reinstallation?

@Agamenon-Carvalho Sony transferred all customer data to Magix. You should be able to use your Sony e-mail address and password and log into your user account here https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/

@Agamenon-Carvalho

In addition to what @SP. has advised, are you aware of this pinned post? If you are running ANY recent version of Mac OS you will not be able to install or run SF for Mac.

First, thanks for the feedbacks.

The purchase was made through the Apple Store with payment through iTunes, I did not create a user account at Sony. I tried using the same iTunes email address and password, but it didn't work.

Regarding not running SF on a recent version of mac, I'm using it normally with Mac OS Monterey. However, I will need to format my Mac so I need to reinstall again.

@Agamenon-Carvalho I would advise you contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net with your iTunes order details. Maybe they can give you a license for version 2 or 3. The Sound Forge Mac OS line was discontinued, so I don't know if they can do this, but it's worth a try. Sound Forge doesn't work with newer Mac OS versions, starting with Catalina if I remember correctly.
