Please do not create multiple posts on the same issue, similarly bumping a topic will not get a response any quicker - this is a user to user forum not Magix Support and as such depends on a member being online and able to help with the issue you are having.

Additionally the information you have provided requires more detail adding ie:

1. Program full name
2. Computer specification - see this topic for details required - please give all the information - see my signature as an example.
3. Which Antivirus program are you using?
4. Are you getting any error messages - if so either quote the message in full or post a screenshot of it.
