I'll be surprised if I even find my way back to shis comment place. I'm sorry it's been one disappointment after another all day long.

@steve-shelton

Hello, Welcome

Before anyone in this user to user forum helps you.

Can you give a description of your Pc specs and the make of your Camcorder.

Explain in detail what you were doing at the time and what is your connection set up?

What error message box pops up?

Hi

In addition to @PATIENT-X comment - you can find more detail of the information regarding your computer and program version here.

. . . . Won't find my camcorder, says all my files are under a different email. . . . .

Can you clarify this statement as you email address has nothing to the with locating video files either in the program - unless the files are located on Microsoft One Drive or on Google Cloud.

The camera may be a different unconnected issue.

If the files are located in the 'Cloud' then - they should be transferred to your computer hard drive or external USB drive, if they are not there already, before using them in the program from the hard drive or USB drive.
