@Ludwig-Tusek

Hi

Assuming you are using Windows 10 or 8 then there is either:

An issue with the DXGI.dll driver which is a part Windows Direct X, run a System check to ensure thare are no issues with your Windows installation as follows -

  1. Press and hold down the Windows key and press the X key.
  2. From the popup menu select Command prompt (Admin)
  3. In the window that opens type in the following: sfc /scannow
    note there is a space between sfc and /scannow
  4. Let this run to completion - it may take a long time
  5. Once the checks are complete you may get a message saying some files cannot be fixed - this is OK.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. If you had the message in step 5 that files could not be fixed repeat steps 1 to 6 again - do not open any other programs if you have to do this.
    Note you may have to do this once more though twice is usually sufficient.

Or

The graphics card drivers are out of date.

If you are running Windows 7 then MEP 2022 is not supported on this OS.

If neither of the above fix the issue then we need more information:

  1. computer specification - see this topic for details required and please quoute the processor and graphics card/chipset make/model in full.

  2. A screen shot of the Program settings, Device options tab.
