I had Movie edit pro 2019 and it updated me to 2021. There was an error and I had to delete everything and reload the entire program. Now when I to the the import tab the videos don't show a normal thumbnail, only a reddish movie symbol the each video clip. I try to preview the clip and it only shows a black screen. I try to move the clip to the time line and play it and same thing. There is a bar at the bottom that shows it's preloading the clip before it tries to play it, don't remember that before. The clips play fine using my computer's video program to play them. Using same gopro video as before. Not sure if it's something in the settings or not.
