On 12/13/20 I purchased a license for 2 PC's to upgrade my Sound Forge. On 01/23/21 I purchased another. These were to upgrade to Version 14. Then yesterday, I received emails asking me to upgrade to Version 15. Does this mean that I spent my money on older versions?

Yes and no... SF AS-15 was just published, Customer service will usually upgrade folks to the latest version if the former version was just recently purchased. You must ask though.
