  My Video deluxe 2026 plus will not run. It was running with no problem for months and then suddenly stopped. I have followed the Magix suggestions of deleting the cache and ini files etc. I have reinstalled the software but it still stops on

  Without a small sample video and the same steps you use, along with your computer specs, it is sort of hard to give a "yes, me too" or a "no, not here on my computer".

  Annoying popup
  I have just re-installed Video Pro X16 22.0.1.270. On opening and closing it sends me some advertising popup which is of no interest whatsoever to me. How do I stop it?

  Since no one is able to get MAGIX to respond and I am unable to reactive this program on my new PC, does anyone suggest a very user-friendly product that I can get instead? I do simple videos for our family reunions and sometimes for family reunions
