@rickduley Not trying to put the mockers on it but did you export to an ISO file as @johnebaker suggested and tried burning any type of disc using Windows? Because if that fails it could be your recorder. Over the years I got got through more than 7

@donjen33 Hi. Thanks for the clarification. If the Blu-ray burner was on another older machine is it compatible with a newer operating system? Is there a new driver for it? You may need to go to the manufacturers website to find out. Personally mine

@jak.willis Hi From the damage to the power connector of the drive in the right image above this looks to me like a catastrophic failure either in the drive or the powerpack. The other drive looks to be physically OK both connector strips look fine,
