When I select file then export, it only lets me select common export options and then nothing.. none of them even work. Not really sure what to do. I've updated everything

Try as I may I can't set up Magix email on my Android mobile phone, none of the above settings work yet my other email programme's, Outlook and Gmail virtually set up themselves in a matter of a few minutes. My only option is to open a web browser which seems a rather outdated and laborious task. @ajer12 you should try to use the guide from the magix-online.com faq:

I hate to disagree but placing this topic on a Forum as its primary topic would make this far easier for your customers to access. I have searched and searched but so far this is the only thread I could find that said anything about it and this pdf is not helping. I had to do a complete reinstall and now none of the libraries I paid for are present and without some topic on your forum for

I´m starting to think this program is just a waste of my $$$ and time. when i try to copy minidv video tapes i get either video or audio, and most of the times none!!!!! Plus this program needs several options in the menus and there´s no tutorials explaining it!! THANK YOU MAGIX!!!!!  

I have the same problem with version 4.0. Either image or sound or none sometimes.. and the tape keeps running on the VCR ! And the "thing" costs 60 Euro! Ouch!

I agree with what is being said in the other commnets.  I just got the program and came to this site hoping for some tutorials - there is none!!  This is an expensive product and should have at least some support for the users.
