    Linking Mixer controls for Automation in Movie Edit Pro , Video Pro X
    This tutorial demonstrates how to link the Mixer fader controls of 3 audio clips (in this demonstration sound effects), with relative volume levels and, using Automation, adjust the overall volumes, while maintaining the relative volume levels, to match the action seen in 2 video clips. Towards the end of the tutorial you will also find that other Mixer controls can be linked. For using the FX

    Recording from a turntable via USB
    Some things you should know about recording from a turntable. The "Red and White" USB device is designed for line level audio and video and does not include a phono pre-amp.  So if your turntable does not have a line level output (many do not), this device (see link below) will not produce enough output for the audio to be recognized. http://www.magix.com/gb/accessories/ You either need a

    Making mp3 Albums Using Cleaning Lab 2005
    Using Magix Cleaning Lab to Enhance Your MP3 Experience  Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 2005 is a great tool for cleaning up those recorded files that need a bit of cleaning. But here’s a little trick that I use to make what I call “MP3 Albums”.  I became frustrated while listening to my MP3 player because the level of the music varies,sometimes quite damatically,from label to label. For instance ;

    Good idea to update the tutorial John. I like the idea of each channel that is linked gets a blue rectangle around it to show at a glance which channels are active. I also like the way volume levels are relative to each other when moved. This is much more useful than each slider changing direction by the same amount and keeps volumes relative to each other. The mixer is now more useful to me than

    RE: Addings audio files (.mp3, .wav, or CD audio) in Music Maker MX
    Thank you so much John,    This has helped me tremendously as I coloborate with outside composers sometimes and have been having some challenges with it. I have one more question, I am doing the final master of the album and want the volume level to be consistent. The coloborators track is a completed and is in a wave format, and I want it to be a little louder. The other tracks are at 64

    RE: Soundpool reference guide
    Hi Ari, For some reason, I can't respond to or send you a private message. I had been meaning to comment on the one page version but never got around to it. This version is excellent! Good work! The only other things I can think of are: A list of styles/genre in the left column with the Soundpool version in the right hand column. This is the inverse of what you have. Addition of
