    @Grummulthrus There was a large e-mail campaign that all those products switched over to Boris FX. I got a lot of mails from Magix and Boris FX about this. Of course, if you disabled all newsletters, you might not have received anything.

    @DesertSweeper Which Topaz Labs products do you own? I have Topaz Gigapixel and Topaz Video and haven't seen an issue like yours, albeit I have VPX17 and VdL 2026 Premium. JeffForum Moderator

    Everybody reporting problems refers to NTDLL.DLL. for years already. Not saying Windows is holy but why is it that only Magix products have problems?

    Since no one is able to get MAGIX to respond and I am unable to reactive this program on my new PC, does anyone suggest a very user-friendly product that I can get instead? I do simple videos for our family reunions and sometimes for family reunions

    @Michael-Hopcroft The computer is well above what is needed, but it's highly recommend to use an ASIO-capable external USB audio interface for everything regarding audio production on a computer.
