  @rick-a You definitely need support to merge both accounts into one. I recommend you open a new ticket and ask them that you want to merge your old Sony login with your current Magix login. Hopefully the AI bot will then inform some human support

  @Relayer74 I assume you used a different e-mail address in the past? The license might be bound to your old Sony customer account e-mail address. All customer accounts where transferred from Sony to Magix. So you need to login with your old e-mail

  Thanks John. It is Sonic Foundry ACID Music 2.0. Unfortunately, my email and login info is obsolete for Sony (who I dealt with last time this happened). I guess I will use ACID Express, Cubebase LE, Cubebase 4, and Audacity for future projects.

  @Andy-Arrow If you registered Vegas 10 at Sony, you can use your old Sony login credentials at Magix.com to log into your customer account. There you should find the installer. I think some old installers were updated to connect to Magix license
