  I have an older version of Magix Music Maker and was trying to put it on my new laptop. I installed it, but when I try to open program, I keep getting a message to reload installation CD Rom and restart program. Why is this happening?

  Not Loading Saved Projects
  When loading a saved project the wav files associated with it don't load due to misplaced files. When I tracked the files locations they are in the correct place but wrong folder(?). Should I uninstall and reinstall? I'm using Music Maker 2026

  @browj2 OK. In case you didn't try to delete/rename the musicmaker.ini file to reset the program settings, I suggest you try that as well. It should be located in the \AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\MM2026_Premium\ folder. But you'll find this file only if

  @TERRY-BEACH Hi Error code -10  means the program online connection had an error, or was dropped/interupted. Assuming the new computer is running Windows 11. If the serial number begins with P2- then this may be the issue, the P2- serial numbers
