  @mary-o If you changed the setting to TRUE and it's still TRUE after restarting the app, the setting was applied. Then that's not the problem. The settings just prevents the application from opening multiple times if you open multiple audio files. I

  @Pinhas-Shpater You can still enter the old e-mail address. If you want to change it, you need to log into your customer account at Magix.com by using the old e-mail and password and then changing the e-mail address in the account settings.
