  @Dan-Hicks LLMs like ChatGPT hallucinate APIs that don't exist. That's why you get error messages. It's possible to script this in SoundForge but ChatGPT doesn't have enough code examples in it's training data to generate something working.

  Thanks for your time, you are right, the video is from a Canon video camera. The audio is there at the start of the clip, it is when I move the slider to get to the end of the video (or further along) that it goes wrong, like wise if it does start
