Plugins shows a same generic control panel instead of a dedicated GUI

Thanks for the tip SP. I went into the registry and deleted the Magix Low Latency 2016 ASIO key and rebooted. I removed the command to run in compatibility mode and my crashing problem immediately returned. Turned the run in compatibility mode

@producer2000 In case there are cache problems you could reset the program settings under the File > Settings menu. Other things you could try: - restart your computer via the Restart option and not the Shut down option - check Windows for errors

@BrenyC As you have discovered, urctbase.dll is a core Windows file. Searching for suggestions for how to correct the problem led to various web pages offering possible solutions but most seem to suggest that running system file checker is a good

My experience is also a turn-off regarding buying from MAGIX. I did support-requests but never got a response or the download-links etc. They were paid with PayPal but I have never had a problem with such payments. The initial upgrade to MUSIC
