Hi. I have used the same email address, when I bought this Soundforge 17, and I have recieved all the emails from Magix, on the same email address. Still I get the faultcode error 24, when I try to open the program. I have never used any other email

Thanks for info, but I am in over my head. after several hours the 'grabber' is located in "other devices' and the drivers do not get there and I have no idea how to fix it.

Its 2026 video deluxe. when Installed the program they said I could download extra content later. I cant use color in my texts or any other effect. It says in help menu I can activate and download content. But having issues with the rest.

@SHANE-KOHUT Certainly for export, use the 3080 for MP4-type source files. My 3060 is probably 5 times faster than the CPU export. For other source file types such as AVI, I find using the iGPU in my Intel CPU sometimes yields faster exports. Then

Hi John The update was a Windows 11 25H2 feature update, I cannot remember the KB number, IIRC it became available early Dec 2025. Various problems with odd mouse behaviour, lagging and some crashing of VPX 17, and other programs, eg PaintShop
