@Trensharo I understand your point of view. There are some valid points in your post. I too would like Acid to progress faster. They chose to focus on x32 bridge to please some users, I think it was a mistake. It caused more confusion and bugs.

I think I found, or at least circumvented, the problem. I will list what I did just in case someone encounters same problem. I uninstalled all Magix files and ran the Windows scan as the tutorial link below was suggested. Then reinstalled VPX.
