RE: Burn failure - videodeluxe.log shows missing 'mc_demux_mp4_ds.ax'
Hello emmrecs, In response, I am using Verbatim 4x DVD-RW rewriteable disc for these burn tests. In burn-dialog, clicking small ‘up’-arrow presents options: ‘Output as video file’, ‘Export to a mobile device’, ‘Upload to Internet’ and lastly,

@Larry-Burkholder Hi Larry Is the DVD burner internal or a USB external drive? What brand DVD disc are you suing? Would also like to see the MediaInfo data on the source video as to why it requires the MC codec. BTW can you put your laptop specs in

RE: DVD Playback aborted
@Aitch Hi . . . . Also tried a dual layer disc (Philips) but wouldn't even burn with that. . . . . Your burner has to support the burning of dual layer discs and may require a particular type of dual layer disc. John EB

RE: VPX crashing
@Scenestealer, @CubeAce . . . . You can record successfully record a DVD with a DVD burner that plays as a Bluray by using the AVCHD disc option in MEP / VPX - Max 30mins. . . . . This is not restricted to the AVCHD option - the standard Blu-Ray

RE: VPX crashing
@CubeAce Hi Ray Nice little diagram. I don't even think you can record Blu-ray data successfully onto a DVD and expect it to play back. You can record successfully record a DVD with a DVD burner that plays as a Bluray by using the AVCHD disc option

RE: Movie Edit Pro 2021 is out - New features
@SevCardy @johnebaker You were, correctly, being more accurate with your terminology and referring to the actual encoding process that happens as part of that (i.e. what shows up as "Video Encode" in the Performance chart). Sev - Not more accurate

RE: VIDEO DELUXE MX, Version 18 problems with data import
@Alexander-Wimmer . . . . This product may have in fact been registered to another person's email address . . . . Assuming you purchased the program 'used' or at a ridiculously cheap price - this may well be. However there may be other issues . . .

RE: Menu options & deleting menus
@Dennis-Rigney Hi In addition to @emmrecs comment: . . . . It is a very common misunderstanding that one can create a "High Definition" DVD. I believe the Export settings you list are fine (except for 1920 x 1080) but the resulting output will be

@Brenda-Greene Hi Brenda and welcome. Why are you asking about Apple related problems on a Windows based program forum? I for one would not have a clue and can't think of a program here that would do it. Do you mean you have transferred an ISO or

I don't wish to take up more of anyone's time or attention on this forum thread since my original inquiry has been answered, and the discussion is sort of drifting into other topics on the efficiency of working within the MEP programs.Just to close
