  @viller Make sure that USB selective suspend is disabled in your Windows Energy settings. Magix released updated drivers for Windows 10 a few years ago, but I don't know if they also work with Windows 11. The links are here: Video Converter Premium

  @Haruyashi There may be half downloaded installers in C:\Users\YourWindowsUserAccount\Documents\Magix Downloads\ that need to be removed. Besides that, you can uninstall already installed instruments via the normal Windows Apps removal feature.
