  @JustRaccoon Have you tried to uninstall it? You open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools. There you can select the instrument that's not working. After it has been uninstalled start Music Maker again and redownload

  unable to install new soundpools purchased online into Music Maker
  Ive just paid for seven new soundpools online and downloaded them to my windows 11 PC, but none of the new soundpool files will install into my Music Maker Premium programme. I'm running version 33.1.1.19. I followed the same process Ive always used

  yes everything is inside the folder! I tried turning off the anti virus and installing it doesn't work. I have a disk top and magix music maker 2026 version 30.0.06 is installed on it and everything works great. This is my laptop.

  @Armando-Consuegra You can technically record in stereo and then manually split the recorded stereo audio object into two mono audio objects, which you can place on two separate tracks. But Music Maker can't record on more than one track at a time.
