@jeff-davies XMedia Recode seems to be able to convert multichannel WAV to multichannel FLAC. So simply use that. It is a free tool. If you can handle a command line tool, the official FLAC encoder has no problems with converting 7.1 WAVs to 7.1

[Solved] Cannot Install Movie Studio 2025 Platinum: Error-1

I was moving the software to a new machine, so I logged into my account and deactivated the license on the old machine. When installing on the new machine (Win 11 Enterprise 24H2), it fails consistently with Error-1. Here's what I have done thus far
