  Latest Version Of SF Pro 12?
  I recently posted about the "Buggy Mess" that is Sound Forge 12. I've never been a fan of Sony and wasn't impressed when they bought Sound Forge from Sonic Foundry but while support was, in typical Sony fashion, horrible, the software was solid. So:

  To stabilize the video in Vegas Pro 17 used all methods (Basic, Professional, Expert). In the old version (sony vegas pro 12) there is one method, video stabilization is better than in the latest version (vegas pro 17)
