RE: Unable to download the program!
@barry-n I know one or two other users do have the program installed on Windows 11. Maybe another user will come on later with a solution. In the mean time you can upload jpgs or png images when you reply using the upload button above and to the

RE: Burning slideshow as a Blu-ray iso takes 9 hours
@Steve-2021 Hi Thanks for the computer specification. I assume from the GT 745M that this is a laptop which is the bare minimum for working with Photostory 2022 and the latest update 'tipped it over the edge' with respect to hardware requirements

RE: Importing mov files does not add the audio component
As a test I imported the original mov file into the Nero video editor (latest version) and it worked perfectly. My problem with Nero is that unlike MEP it doesn't show individual frame pics in the time line so very precise editing is a bit of a

RE: Unable to burn DVD's with Movie Studio 18
@barry-e Hi . . . . There is not a iso option but that is all the process does (create an ISO) . The burners are ok as I have tried a test with NERO and I can burn files with that . . . . The Image recorder is specifically for creating an ISO image

RE: How to Create CD with Track Information
Hi Red, I have not installed CD Arc on my Win 10 PCs, both of which do not have internal optical disc drives anyway. So I use one of my old XP or Vista PCs if I need to author and burn a disc. But based on older versions of Sound Forge (SF 8 and 9)

RE: Error writing to disc
@Jack-Peebles Hi and welcome to the forum. The burn log would suggest that the DVD discs may be 'bad' - this is more frequent if you are using non-branded or store branded discs or DVD+R discs. Try using the Image recorder option in the burn dialog

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @PETER-CHMIELOWSKI. Is the MC codec grayed out or totally missing? As a work around, you could use the Sony AVC/AAC <.mp4> codec which is on par with the MC AAC codec. Alternately there are the Nero

RE: DVD Playback aborted
@Aitch Hi Good news. Personally I would stick to DVD-RW for first burn and testing once complete, copy (ImgBurn, Nero) DVD-RW to DVD-R, no need to burn again in MEP. I would not use DVD+R they do not appear to be as reliable as good quality
