  Did this work? I'm having very similar issue with my SMS21 and MM23Premium (auto updated to v24 in update notification).... Error saying something about can't find installer file location, or I don't have permission to access that drive!!! Wtf!!!

  @leon-g AP basically dies if you load too many 3rd party plugins. So the workaround is to load 3rd party plugins on your track, bounce and delete the track. It will un-choke AP and move on. Or simply use a plug-in chainer like Waves Studio Rack,

  @Carl-Caulkett I use Reaper, gave up on this.......'program' years ago. Just use it to retrieve old files. The moderators on this site are still using AP7 which speaks volumes. Cheers
