ordered Symphonic Rock - Complete Bundle Non-commercial, never rcvd

i placed the order, my money was taken, the product 'Symphonic Rock - Complete Bundle' was never downloaded into my magix program. i checked the 'my products page' and it shows that i ordered it but never got the downloaded program. what do i do

@Operaman Hi, First off, did you download and install all of the additional content that comes with the program? It is about the same as what you had with MEP if you downloaded and installed everything, except that with VPX, you get the commercial

when I go to the Store in music maker it shows I purchased 3 soundpools (SEE IMAGE ATTACHED) (commercial license)but in loops they are greyed out and says no loops?? A. How to fix this? B.Why does this happen? Note: Not happening on all of the ones
