  I recently installed Movie Studio 16 Platinum on my Windows 10 PC, Intel Core i5-6400, 12GB RAM. I'm able to edit video and audio with minimal freezes or crashes. However, the app freezes "(not responding)" every single time I select "Render As...".

  [Closed] Quicktime MOV file not recognized in Movie Studio 15
  I have multiple MOV files I created on my iPhone. When I import them into Movie Studio 15, only one of them is recognized as a video file. Others are only recognized as audio. What should I do?

  hi, thank you for your reply. i'm using Vegas Movie Studio16. but i have found a happy ending. i installed a program named 'handbrake' which encoded the .mov file to .m4v and everything is now on the timeline. thank you for your help.

  Hi Beth. If it's a mov. file make sure it does not have a variable frame rate as this will throw all but Mac's own Video software. Best to either record in MP4 format or a constant frame rate mov. Or it could be a lack of ram if filmed in 4K. If any
