    RE: SoundForge Pro?
Last night I uninstalled Music Maker, the Asio driver it installed and all the applications associated with it. Then I opened Audio Studio without any issues. While there under Options > Preferences > Audio > Audio Device Type, I pointed it

@ko-ii To increase the buffer size open the Samplitude system settings and go to the Audio settings. Make sure an ASIO driver is selected, for example Magix Low Latency or the ASIO driver of your audio interface. Click on the Control Panel or

SP - Thank you for the response. Yes, I have restarted it a number of times since the problem started. It's basically all I ever do (as opposed to turning it off and back on again - cannot recall the last time I actually did that). ProAudioTeam -

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@Graham-Lloyd Can you describe what exactly happened? In case you have selected the Magix Low Latency driver or the ASIO4ALL driver you will not get sound in other applications in case this is your problem.

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@Graham-Lloyd If Samplitude crashed and didn't release the Magix Low Latency driver correctly, you can simply restart your computer (do not select Shut down and turn it back on but restart it). Magix Low Latency is a rebranded version of the

    RE: Music Maker not working
@Riley-Coach Usually, reinstalling will do nothing, because the program settings are saved separately. If you install the software again, it will revert to the settings before the uninstallation. I recommend you restart your computer regularly by

@dan-s Hi In Music Maker program setting Audio/Midi tab check that the program is using the Magix low latency 2016 or Magix ASIO driver (Music Maker 2023) and under the Advanced settings the audio device input and outputs are selected see examples

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@SP. Hi . . . . Magix Low Latency is a rebranded version of the ASIO4ALL driver. . . . . As I understand the differences between the Magix drivers that provide ASIO functionality - Magix Low latency, is a true ASIO driver which requires exclusive

RE: Feedback on SOUND FORGE Pro 16
AFAIK, the 'Magix low latency 2016 driver' is not installed by SF Pro It was primarily an issue on PCs with SF Audio Studio. If AS was installed at some point, it may remain and certainly does have the symptoms.

RE: Latency - Samplitude Pro X7 Suite
@Barth_01 Does this happen with all tested VSTi? Or did you, by chance, just select instruments presets with a longer attack time? Probably not, but you never know. Have you tried another audio driver? For example Magix Low Latency? Can you make a

RE: Objects not recording, reverts back to free version, Asio issues
@Eleyan These crashes have likely to do with your audio devices. Are you still using the Presonus Audiobox? Did you install Universal Control from Presonus? It's very important that you install the correct audio drivers. It's not guaranteed that

Does this happen on all file types or just MP3s for instance. If it happens on all file formats (PCM, MP3, AAC, ect.), this sounds like (no pun), the Magix Low Latency 2016 driver issue.. removing the Low Latency driver usually fixes it. However you

    RE: Finale Message

RE: How to set up midi instruments so they play, can be monitored, recorded
@doug_mccarron It's not set up this way because this needs manual configuration of ASIO driver. The software is set up so you can record with a microphone and external instruments with minimal CPU load using the standard Windows sound system which

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
