Beatbox not loading

I have just upgraded to MM Premium 2023 and everything is as it should be except Beatbox does not load. The message I get is Any advice on what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance

@I5j I think this is a bug in the current version. The program says to install Beatbox 2 even if you have or already installed.

@Pek1 Yes, this is a nice idea. Samplitude Music Studio comes with an older version of BeatBox that has a lot more features. There you can just drag and drop your samples into the drum sequencer. I'm not sure why Magix decided to limit the featues

Hi I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleaned up the the store, rebooted, cleaned all temp files, and even reset the program. No luck. Any ideas on how to get MM 2023 Premium to recognize Beatbox Pro 2? Screenshot below:
