  @Servondo-Mark Have you tried "Reset and clear cached data"? (in the 'File' menu). This has been known to resolve MP3 problems. If that does not fix the issue, reinstall Sound Forge Pro using a third-party uninstaller/cleaner like Revo Uninstall
