RE: Finale Message
@Joe-Rogers It looks like Finale automatically loads the Magix Low Latency ASIO driver which was installed with Samplitude Music Studio. This is not a problem if it works for you. You can likely change the driver in the Finale program settings if

RE: White noise on audio playback
Does this happen on all file types or just MP3s for instance. If it happens on all file formats (PCM, MP3, AAC, ect.), this sounds like (no pun), the Magix Low Latency 2016 driver issue.. removing the Low Latency driver usually fixes it. However you

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@johnebaker I strongly believe that Magix Low Latency is completely identical (except name and logo) with ASIO4ALL 2.13. In my experience ASIO4ALL always needs exclusive access to the sound hardware which means that no other program will be able to

RE: Buggy. Introduces noise into good audio
Regardless of the larger file size, does the noise also occur with PCM files?Do you also have a version of SF Audio Studio installed? There was a Magix Low Latency 2016 driver problem that caused system wide noise.. The low latency driver is not

Low Latency Driver ills...
I've just upgraded from 5 to 7, and have had to uninstall the low latency driver accompanying Samplitude X7 Suite. It wouldn't work in anything. I've installed ASIO4ALL, but would prefer the Magix driver. Can anyone point me to a download just for

RE: Noise after installing Sound Forge 14
I concur with @SP.. From what you describe, that does sound like the 'Magix Low Latency 2016' issue, which was a relatively common issue in SF Audio Studio 14 & 15.See this thread: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/audio-issue--1290482/ btw,

RE: Noise after installing Sound Forge 14
Hi @David-Bertelli, and welcome! I work for the manufacturer, and i'm positive this is the Magix Low-Latency 2016 driver causing the issue. It is safe to remove it...this was an issue for quite a few people, and it's resolved it for all of them.

Samplitude Music Studio 2023. The audio drivers in my music program are ASIO, Direct Sound and WASPI. MAGIX has taken over the Mic source and output source both with the Low Latency whatevers. I use a program called NotePerformer for audio output.

didn't they test this thing! Not on your specific PC @Jonathan-Lloyd2719 . Have you tried other WAVE files, and MP3s. The Low Latency 2016 driver issue happens right after a new install, but I recall it was more prevalent with Audio Studio 15..

RE: how to download your music after you make it?
@puddin86 Older versions of Music Maker used the Magix Low Latency driver which will use the audio device of your computer exclusively. Then no other application can play sound. It could be that you have selected this driver in the program settings.
