RE: Noise after installing Sound Forge 14
I concur with @SP.. From what you describe, that does sound like the 'Magix Low Latency 2016' issue, which was a relatively common issue in SF Audio Studio 14 & 15.See this thread: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/audio-issue--1290482/ btw,

RE: Noise after installing Sound Forge 14
Hi @David-Bertelli, and welcome! I work for the manufacturer, and i'm positive this is the Magix Low-Latency 2016 driver causing the issue. It is safe to remove it...this was an issue for quite a few people, and it's resolved it for all of them.

Samplitude Music Studio 2023. The audio drivers in my music program are ASIO, Direct Sound and WASPI. MAGIX has taken over the Mic source and output source both with the Low Latency whatevers. I use a program called NotePerformer for audio output.

Hi @Stephen-Berry, I would first suggest updating to the latest Audio Studio-15 build, which I think is '121'. Secondly, if you are using a lossy type source file, (MP3 or AAC for instance), try enabling "Always proxy compressed formats" in the

didn't they test this thing! Not on your specific PC @Jonathan-Lloyd2719 . Have you tried other WAVE files, and MP3s. The Low Latency 2016 driver issue happens right after a new install, but I recall it was more prevalent with Audio Studio 15..

RE: [Solved] Sound covered with hiss in Win 11
Hi @DJWE, this 'sounds' like (no pun) the Low Latency noise issue. The noise could be caused by the Magix Audio Studio's Low Latency 2016 driver... Uninstalling the driver usually fixes it. See this comment from

RE: how to download your music after you make it?
@puddin86 Older versions of Music Maker used the Magix Low Latency driver which will use the audio device of your computer exclusively. Then no other application can play sound. It could be that you have selected this driver in the program settings.
