  @spuddy13 Hi Brian, You don't need the previous version on your computer. It's at purchase time that Magix knows that you've qualified for the upgrade and gives you the serial number. That's all. Just install 2024 Suite. John CB

  @JERRY-LEO It's not necessary to reinstall Music Maker. You can simply reset the program settings in the File > Settings menu which restores Music Maker like a new install. But before you do any of this you can try to restart your computer.
