Literally, as I am making this post with a question about my Video Pro X purchase, the MAGIX website states to "contact support" and provides a link that leads in a circle. I have scoured every inch of this site and cannot find a way to open a support ticket. Can anyone tell me how I can reach support about a serial number issue? I did not receive the Mercalli V5 Suite. Thanks in advance. This is the most frustrating lack of customer service I have encountered. @Kay_

Thank you, Stephen! Those instructions are very helpful. The only issue was I never did receive any coupon code or serial number for the additional content. The Humble Bundle advertisement said it was included, but I wonder if maybe that is an error? Either way, I really appreciate the links. I was finally able to make a ticket with support, so I will post back here once I get an answer. I am sure some others probably have a similar question. Thanks again!

You have to download the software from the given links first. Queries should be addressed to humble bundle as asked for in the supplied email from them as they are responsible for the download links provided for the software. Use the 'Get Your Bundle Link' in the last email for the appropriate links and codes.
