I get broken elements appearing in the play back

Movie Edit Pro 2020

When I do video playback in Magix or after uploading to Youtube I get this broken effect that you see at the bottom of the screen shot. My system is up to date with the latest Ryzen processor, 32GB RAM, 250GB SSD Windows 10 pro. I get that in all my videos to some effect. I have just upgraded and due to another issue I fully reinstalled it. I have no background software running. I have a gaming Graphics card. I import at 50fps and do the same on export in fact that's what Magix defaults to on import.

So this still has not resolved:
Done a full restore of windows 10
Bought a brand new graphics card.

I know it's not my system or hardware after exhaustive investigation.

If I bring the same film into an old laptop with Magix Pro 16 it works no problem whatsoever
Somehow on import and export it's breaking up.

What do I do?

Is Magix Pro 16 a 32 bit program? If so it may not be able to use the drivers in Win 10. I can't find the specs anywhere for that program.

Edit Pro 16 is a 32bit program but presumably @Jonathan-Lloyd is running it on an old 32bit OS. He experiencing the problem with Win10 and the latest version of MEP.

Problem resolved. Thank you to all who helped me strip my PC lol

For some reason my 2020 ver of Magix does not accept MP4 files. It accepts them but on play back and export the picture breaks up; spoils the video. To solve it I have converted the MP4 file with VLC to an AVI - it was just that and now works perfect. I can now export it as an MP4. Problem solved!
