We do need more information as you have discerned:
Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

From the pop-up list select click System information, a new window will open
In the left pane click the + button next to Components
In the expanded list click Display
In the right pane you will now see the indicated information, similar to that shown below, the indicated lines are what we require.
Note: I have 2 graphics processors in my computer you may only have one.

In MEP 2022 select File, Settings,Program, Device options tab.
If you do not know how to take a screenshot, press the Print screen (PrtScn or PrtSc) key on your keyboard, open an image editor, paste the image into the editor, crop it to show the Device options tab and save as a jpg image.
Upload the saved jpg image into your reply using the icon above the comment dialog box. HTH
Instead of rebooting itself every time, it's also freezing now too. Here's a crash log

As you can see I have removed all the unnecessary information from the driver details, additionally the image should also have been cropped so that the dialog box is easier to read in a web browser.
The GTX 1650 drivers are very out of date - the current version is 30.0.14.7247 for the Studio drivers.
If I am interpreting the AMD driver version codes correctly, they also are out of date.
Updating the drivers seems to have finally taken effect after about 6 restarts. I grabbed the studio drivers just in case but it looks like the updates did the trick
