Hi and welcome to the forum.

We do need more information as you have discerned:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

Antivirus program installed

A screen shot of the Program settings Device options tab in MEP 2022.

The amount of free space on the hard drive(s) available.

Was there any error dialog that popped up when the crash occurred, or on restart - if so what was the message?

Hi

. . . . Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

I don't know . . .

  1. Click the Windows button and type system
  2. From the pop-up list select click System information, a new window will open
  3. In the left pane click the + button next to Components
  4. In the expanded list click Display
  5. In the right pane you will now see the indicated information, similar to that shown below, the indicated lines are what we require.

Note: I have 2 graphics processors in my computer you may only have one.

. . . . A screen shot of the Program settings Device options tab in MEP 2022.

I don't know where this is  . . . .

In MEP 2022 select File, Settings, Program, Device options tab.

If you do not know how to take a screenshot, press the Print screen (PrtScn or PrtSc) key on your keyboard, open an image editor, paste the image into the editor, crop it to show the Device options tab and save as a jpg image.

Upload the saved jpg image into your reply using the icon above the comment dialog box.

Hi

As you can see I have removed all the unnecessary information from the driver details, additionally the image should also have been cropped so that the dialog box is easier to read in a web browser.

The GTX 1650 drivers are very out of date - the current version is 30.0.14.7247 for the Studio drivers.

If I am interpreting the AMD driver version codes correctly, they also are out of date.

Hi

. . . . It looks like it is offering the gaming ones.  I hope they work . . .

They will, however if you are not gaming on the computer the Studio drivers would be the better option.

For the Studio drivers, you click the drop down item indicated in the image below.

The AMD drivers are  27.20.1032.2 are OK, as the later ones do not offer any fixes that would affect you.

The crash log indicates an issue with the NTDLL.DLL file which is a Windows system file. The driver updates may 'fix' this.

Other things we have not asked yet is which drives are the project files and videos on?

Are they internal or external?

What USB-C port or other are they on? How much space free on those drives?
