@Maria-Urbina That is correct. Please use Magix Low Latency 2016 Out (1+2) and then click on "Advanced..." and try to activate the devices that are shown on the screenshot: Realtek HD Audio Mic Input and Realtek HD Audio Output with SST > Out: 2x 44,1 - 48 kHz, 32 Bits and click on the checkboxes for "Allow Puffer Mode (Wave RT)" and "Always Resample 44,1 kHz <-> 48 kHz". Deactivate everything else.
If you cannot find these entries, please make a screenshot showing us, what you see if you click on the plus symbols.
I just noticed that I don’t have all the options that you do on WDM device list so do you recommend downloading another version like which one?
You only have the options that your computer offers. Every computer is different. That is why it looks different for other users. You don't need to download anything else for now.
Good morning! Mine doesn’t have more options to choose from I’m gonna stop... it looks like I need a new music maker but I don’t know which one what do you recommend?
@Maria-Urbina Good Morning! Your Music Maker doesn't have more options if you didn't install ASIO4ALL. I gave you a link to download and install ASIO4LL. Have you done that? The option should be visible.
So I downloaded the app and it’s a laptop John I’m wondering what to do next thanks for your time guys and for being patient with me I really appreciate it.
@Maria-Urbina Very good. It shows up. Click on ASIO4All v2. Then click on "Advanced..."
Ok, please try these settings exactly. Deactivate all devices and only activate the 48kHz 32 Bits Outputs like in these two screenshots. Check the checkboxes for "Allow Pull Mode" and "Allways Resample". Then try if you can hear Music Maker playing your Music.
If this doesn't work activate the 8-192 kHz, 24 Bit Outputs and deactivate all other devices.
@Maria-Urbina Thanks for trying. This is very unfortunate. I could be that there is some incompatibility between your sound hardware and ASIO4ALL.
If you still want to try different options you could try other ASIO drivers. For example, there is an ASIO driver bundled with FL Studio. You just need to install the free FL Studio Demo on your Computer. This also installs a FL ASIO driver. You can then select the driver in Music Maker and maybe it will work then.
Another option is FlexASIO. FlexASIO is more difficult to configure because it doesn't have a GUI but you need to edit a text file. But there seems to be a GUI tool.
If you don't want to try this I think the only option is a different music software or an external audio interface with a good ASIO driver. In case you want to refund Music Maker you can write an e-mail to shop@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net
